Born and raised in Beverly Hills, real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My family has three generations in the industry, so I grew up around property development, investment strategy, and the ever-changing Los Angeles market before I had a name for any of it. My path actually started in Washington, D.C., where I studied at George Washington University and worked in politics. I loved the pace, the negotiation, the problem-solving, but I kept getting pulled toward something more personal: helping people find not just a house, but a place to call home.
That pull brought me back to real estate, where I built a strong foundation in leasing and development. At Marmar Group, I managed more than 200 lease transactions, learning firsthand what it takes to keep occupancy high and owners and tenants genuinely happy. At Thomas James Homes, I went deeper into residential development, working on new construction that raised the bar for modern living. Between the two, I picked up a well-rounded view of real estate, the investment side and the lifestyle side, that shapes how I guide clients today.
Here's what I believe: real estate is simply the vehicle, not the destination. The transactions matter, but the relationships matter more. I believe trust is earned, not assumed, that preparation beats pressure, and that great marketing tells the truth beautifully.
